As a modeler/draftsperson at Fletcher Studio, he helps bring ideas and concepts to life through 3D models and drawings, while also assisting with research and proposals..

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER

With a background in watershed analysis, hydrology, and stormwater management, Monty brings 15 years of combined professional expertise in civil engineering and landscape architecture. Monty uses this experience in his role as Project Manager, making a difference in the lives of everyday people by creating functional, sustainable environments for our many projects.
