Fletcher Studio supported Tom Wiscombe Architecture design on the project’s paving and furniture detailing. The site’s planting design was developed by Fletcher Studio and relies exclusively on the Aloe genus to develop a climate sensitive, and very-low water use planting scheme. A variety of Aloe species, traverse the planting areas in discrete bands, playing off of and interlocking with the jointing patterns developed by Tom Wiscombe Architecture.

Tom Wiscombe Architecture created the design of the paving, seating, and super-structure. The structure’s outer façade will allow for both commercial and cultural media, extending the historical use of the billboard while incorporating public art curated by institutions such as MOCA and the West Hollywood Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission. The structure’s interior also invites the public to enjoy a nested space with multi-media art and interactive media.
